Contest Rules

Maximum of (1) entry per person, per contest, unless otherwise stated in contest announcement.
At the discretion of HUBRISMODELING.com winners of a contest may be required to pay shipping and handling fees for the prize awarded if applicable.  HUBRISMODELING.com will make our best effort in assuring that any 'service' won by a contestant is fullfilled by the highest standards.

1. HOW TO ENTER: SEE contest announcement at web site www.HUBRISMODELING.com. Complete steps required that are stated in the contest announcement.

2. THE DRAW PROCESS: To determine the winner of a prize, a random draw will be held by HUBRISMODELING.com from eligible entries received on or before the date set for the close of a contest . The draw will take place at the HUBRISMODELING.com offices located at  1952 Optimus River Road, Calico Rock, Arkansas. Winning entrants will be notified by email. In the event that HUBRISMODELING.com is not able to contact a winner within three (3) days of the issuance of a notification email, the selected entry will be deemed to be null and void along with  any rights to the prize and another entry will be selected from the remaining eligible ballots. The odds of being selected are dependent on the total number of eligible ballots received.

3. PRIZES: Prizes cannot be refunded and are not convertible to cash unless stated in contest announcement.

4. To claim prizes, winners must contact the office of HUBRISMODELING.com and may be required to provide information as to size, color or other relevant details. Prize winners cannot call HUBRISMODELING.com collect. Prize winners must call between 10am and 6pm North American Central Standard Time.  Additional information for claiming a prize may be available in the notification email if applicable.

5.To enter and claim a prize, a person must have attained the age of majority as of the date of a draw and may be obligated to pay for shipping and handling charges for a  prize if applicable.

6. By entering a contest entrants agree to be bound by and abide by the contest rules and the decisions of HUBRISMODELING.com, which shall be final and binding with respects to all aspects of the contest, including and without limitation the eligibility of entries.

7. All entries automatically become the property of HUBRISMODELING.com and will not be returned. HUBRISMODELING.com is not responsible for any lost, misdirected or delayed entries.

8. By entering a contest the entrant agrees to accept all emails from HUBRISMODELING.com or any of its  subsidiaries. HUBRISMODELING.com has the right to use any information supplied by the entrant for its own purposes as further detailed in our Privacy Policy.

9. By entering a contest a contestant agrees to indemnify and hold HUBRISMODELING.com, its suppliers, affiliates, officers, directors, agents and employees harmless and to release them from any and all liability, damages, or cause whatsoever , however named or decided, with respect to or arising out of participation in a contest, or the receipt or use of the prize awarded.

10. The final prizes are provided  by the supplier when the prize winner has been chosen and are subject to availability. HUBRISMODELING.com assumes no responsibility in the event that a supplier does not provide a prize. However, HUBRISMODELING.com will attempt to take all reasonable measures to insure that a prize is made available for the winner in a timely manner. The actual prize may differ from the prize depicted.

11. HUBRISMODELING.com, its agents and assigns are not responsible for technical, internet, hardware, software or telephone malfunctions of any kind and lost or unavailable network connections, which may limit the ability to participate in a contest or by any human error which may occur in the processing entries. If for any reason (including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other cause beyond the control of HUBRISMODELING.com, which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper concluding of a contest), the contest can not be completed as described in the rules, HUBRISMODELING.com shall have the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest.
